Pahiyas Art ships artworks all over the Philippines and in many countries abroad. Shipping cost is computed by weight and size upon checkout. If your country is not listed in the shipping options, please contact us before completing your order.

Shipping in the Philippines
Shipping within the Philippines takes 1-3 days through LBC or JRS Express. Artworks are shipped in canvas frame or stretcher without frame, placed in a corrugated box and supported with bubble wrap, styrofoam or other kinds of support.

International Shipping
Artworks for shipping overseas are shipped DHL or FedEx and takes 1-3 weeks. Artworks are removed from the stretcher, rolled and placed in a plastic cannister tube and wrapped with bubble wrap for added support. Additional time of up to 3 days may be required for the registration of the artwork in the Philippine National Museum as required by international couriers prior to shipping.

Shipping rates may vary from the listed rates in our website. Please email us for confirmation of shipping rates prior to completing your order.

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by you local governments and are due upon delivery. This is not included in the order total.

Returns

Pahiyas Art is committed to the satisfaction of buyers. If you’re not happy with your artwork, you have 7 days from the date you received the artwork to return the original artwork, in the same condition as it arrived and in its original packaging. We will communicate with you from time to time during this process.

Downloadable artworks can not be returned and are not covered with this Returns Policy.
