Lucci Canlas is an artist with a passion for geometric abstract and zentangle art. She has been a visual artist for more than 11 years and her art is influenced by the masters Arturo Luz, Kazimir Malevich, Mark Rothko, and Yayoi Kusama. In her paintings, Lucci uses lines, shapes, patterns, and colors to evoke emotions and encourage silent conversations with the viewer.
Lucci continues to push the boundaries of her art through incorporating two-dimensional shapes and patterns into different styles of painting. She combines the simplest shapes, assigns them blocks of colors, and places them in different angles to tell unending stories.
The concepts and visions from her expansive imagination come to life in different ways—both traditional and digital—including branding, packaging design, character development, 3D design, events, pubmats, and paintings.
Her paintings have been exhibited in various virtual and physical exhibitions in venues such as the GSIS Museo ng Sining, LRI Design Plaza, Ali Mall, Artistespace Gallery, Estoria Manila, 1159 Creative Space, Teodore Events Gallery, 47 East Gallery, Neoma Galleria, Pahiyas Gallery, and Art Show Philippines.
